Widespread flooding across eastern Australia has forced farmers to move stock to high ground as parts of Victoria and NSW experience a wet start to spring.
Riverina grazier Neileen Doherty, Coleambally, NSW, said some paddocks on her property were still underwater for the high rains.
"The others have a mix of barley and lucerne planted in them that we would like to be a bit more established before we graze it," Ms Doherty said.
"We're mixing distilled grain, silage and wheat straw at the moment and [the stock] have come on better in their condition since starting their new diet."
Meanwhile, first-time contributor India Dean captured a photo of a curious looking cow at her family's property, River Dean Park, at Pearsondale in Gippsland.
Another new contributor, Cam Pedrisat, Lethbridge, captured a photo of his dog Molly in the cab.
"When you want to go interstate but you can't get a roadworthy," he said.
