STRINGENT RESTRICTIONS: Premier Daniel Andrews has announced stringent biosecurity restrctions will be introduced for Victoria's abattoirs and meat processing plants.

Victoria's abattoirs and meat processing plants will have to scale back to two-thirds of production, under stringent new state government coronavirus regulations.
