A man from rural Tasmania has allegedly been caught with $160,000 worth of stolen property, including a 1.7 tonne excavator and several cars and guns.
The 36-year-old is facing 11 criminal charges after his property in the state's northeast was raided by police this week.
"Among the property recovered were a 1.7 tonne excavator, a Nissan Navara, a Toyota Hilux, and a Suzuki motorcycle," Tasmania Police said in a statement on Wednesday.
All were stolen during separate incidents within the past month, police say.
Six guns, four of them confirmed as stolen, were also located on the property.
Police are continuing their investigation in relation to other property seized during the search that is believed to be stolen.
