Entries for an on-farm challenge are being sought by the Victorian Limousin Breeders Group with the event set to be held over four days in October.
Respected cattle judge and Glendon Park Herefords manager Andrew Green will judge the event between October 6 and 9 this year.
"Our previous on farm challenge in 2018 was very successful with 21 studs across Victoria participating," event organiser Mark Reynolds, Hazelwood, said.
"With no Melbourne Show again this year, it will provide breeders with a chance to showcase their herds and hopefully a social get together afterwards."
Interested breeders should express their interest to open their gates by September 1.
Entry forms have been sent out to all Victorian and Tasmanian members registered with the Australian Limousin Breeders Society.
