Attention shifted to central and East Gippsland on Monday during the sixth day of Stock & Land Beef Week.
A day after 16 studs opened their gates in West Gippsland, another eight studs further east welcomed existing and prospective clients to showcase their beef breeding and stud genetics.
The studs which took part in the event included Charellen Hereford, Karoonda Hereford, Mawarra Genetics (Hereford/Angus), Mundook Hereford, Newcomen Hereford, Nunniong Hereford and Warringa Hereford.
