An increased offering of rams sold to a top of $8500 at the Belbourie Merinos ram sale that marked the 50th annual on property sale.
Stud principal, Paul Hendy, Marnoo, said the sale was a "fairly solid result".
He said they had increased the offering from 72 rams last year to 100 this year for the 50th event.
Just one ram was passed in, with a number of additional paddock sales afterwards.
Mr Hendy said the coronavirus had little impact on the size of the buying group.
One ram sold to South Australia via AuctionsPlus while other SA clients bid through agents at the sale.
This year's average was $2217 for 99 rams, down slightly from 2019 when 72 rams averaged $2388.
Mr Hendy said the values achieved gave everyone a chance to secure rams - "plenty of value for money".
"People seem to be happy with how they work when they get them home," he said.
The top priced ram at $8500 was bought by regular buyers the Reading family, Studall Farms, Marnoo.
