The Australian Stock Exchange-listed Agricultural Land Trust has bought two properties that it has leased to be planted with hardwood.
The Australian Financial Review reports that it bought a 411-hectare property north-west of Albany in Western Australia for $1.46 million, and 172 hectares about 30 kilometres south of Hamilton, in western Victoria, for $1.15 million.
It has leased both properties to Elders-owned ITC Project Management.
