Winter is sending out a final blow, and it's a cold one, the coldest in years for parts of Victoria, according to weatherzone.com.au.

Most of Victoria is shuddering as freezing winds belt across the state to deliver a biting wind chill.
Just after sunrise Wednesday morning the temperature across Melbourne was about 4 degrees, but 30 km/h winds generated a "feels like" temperature of minus one.
It was even chillier on the hills and ranges, where snow was falling as low as about 500 metres.
On the alps, where snow showers have been heavy, the temperature plummeted to the lowest level this year. It dipped below minus seven degrees in Mt Buller, Mt Hotham and Falls Creek, the coldest Falls Creek has been in two years. The wind chill made it feel like minus 15 degrees.
Other places which have been colder this morning than in the last two years are Mt Gellibrand, where it chilled to 1 degree and Mt Dandenong, where it dipped to 0.3.
"This cold burst has been brought about by a deep low south of Tasmania, which is slinging a few cold fronts across a large area of southeastern Australia," Weatherzone meteorologist Brett Dutschke said.
"One front Tuesday afternoon and evening brought strong winds, heavy showers and small hail and also snow to the alps. Melbourne had a hailstorm along with five to 10 millimetres of rain. Winds reached 90 km/h at Mt Dandenong," Mr Dutschke said.
"Another front will bring a second burst of strong winds, showers, small hail and snow today. It's already bringing heavy showers to the west of the state."
Mr Dutschke said that showers would be widespread on Thursday, favouring the west-facing coasts and ranges.
"Snow should fall as low as 700 metres with the alpine resorts gaining another 10 to 20 centimetres," he said.
"It will dry out and warm a little over the weekend. By Tuesday, the last day of winter, Melbourne may even give 20 degrees a nudge as winds go northerly."
