Tuna king and Makybe Diva owner Tony Santic is selling his 700-hectare $8 million-plus "lifestyle opportunity of extravagant proportions" near Geelong named Roxby South, marketed by Kay & Burton selling agent Gowan Stubbings, The Australian Financial Review reports.
Mr Stubbings is also marketing Purrumbete homestead near Camperdown on behalf of owners, Max and Ann Magilton, bought as "an interesting retirement venture" more than a decade ago but are now looking to downsize.
Closer to Melbourne, Aaron Blackhall and his wife Meg, have listed their new stone home at Leopold, perched on the banks of Lake Connewarre.
Still competing for buyer interest are the unsold Trawalla mansion in central Victoria, the $15 million country estate Noorilim near Nagambie, and Larundel estate near Geelong, which has languished on the market for more than two years with a $20 million price tag.
