The fifth day of Stock & Land Beef Week headed to West Gippsland on Saturday where 16 beef studs opened their gates to showcase their breeding and genetics.
The day featured a number of studs which took part in Beef Week for the first time and several long-term breeding operations which have been apart of Beef Week almost since its inception.
Among the studs which opened their gates were Absolute Angus, Arjaym Hereford, Balgowan Gold Gelbvieh/Nullawarre Simmental, Doben Park Shorthorn, Hillridge Farm Limousin, Laverna Park Limousin, Milky Way Speckle Park, Merlewood Angus, Milnedale Limousin, Mt Ararat Simmental, Seaforth Angus, Tarwin Hereford, Kolora Hereford, Pakenham Hereford, Raedean Red Angus and Wattlewood Angus.
