Western Victorian beef studs opened their gates for a second day running on Friday, with 24 properties taking part in Day Three of Stock & Land Beef Week.
It followed the second day of of the annual event which featured a huge 26 western Victoria and South Australian studs a day earlier.
The studs featured on Friday included Alto Angus, Banquet Angus, Barwidgee Angus, Claremont Angus, Ennerdale Hereford, Francs Angus, Langi Kal Kal Angus, Jaclinton Hereford, Mount Difficult Hereford, Mount William Charolais, Murdeduke Angus, Nampara Angus and Pelican Rise Limousin.
Another 11 studs including PJ Cattle Co Angus, Spring Flats Speckle Park, Tanybryn Park Limousin, Tee Jay Hereford, Te Mania Angus, Turanga Red Poll, Waterlilli Angus, Weatherly Angus, Willoughby Angus, Whiteline Speckle Park and Yarram Park Hereford also welcomed existing and prospective clients.
Stock & Land Beef Week, now in its 30th year, gives stud principals and opportunity to showcase their breeding stock and properties.
