A Macedon Ranges student is putting theory into practice by starting her own Corriedale stud.
Sixteen-year-old Lilly, photographed by her mum Emma Devlin-Collins at their Macedon property, started the Blackforest Corriedales stud after years of successfully showing for Salesian College.
"It's a fantastic opportunity for her and she really loves it," Ms Devlin-Collins said.
Other photos to feature in this week's social media snapshot include regular contributor Martin Fasso who snapped his dog, Arnie, at Mia Mia.
Western Victoria contributor Kirrily Jackson captured a calm afternoon at Wannon with a shearing shed in the foreground, while Cameron Banks, Mount Mercer, has been busy baling hay.
However, not everyone has been working their backside off with the likes of Clover the Kelpie, who was photographed by her owner Louise Brooks, Cannons Creek, having a snooze recently.
