Snowfall was recorded across Victoria last week as a cold front dumped white flurries in places that would often not receive the icy conditions, particularly at this time of year.
Sheep and cattle farmer Angie Perdrisat received about eight centimetres of snow within a few hours at her property, Medina Plains, at Lethbridge.
"We have had snow here before but not as much as this and not in recent years," Ms Perdriast said.
"About 30 years ago it might snow once or twice in winter if it's really cold. We've had snow twice this year but I reckon this is the most we've had on this property."
Other photos to feature in today's social media snapshot include a shot from Mady Muirhead, Greenhill, Campbell Town, Tasmania, who sent in a photo of three of her pals.
Meanwhile, farmer Robert Hoffman, Goon Nure, captured a snap of his oat crop "after a run of dreadful years" due to the drought.
