CELEBRITY landscaper and TV host Costa Georgiadis will share his passion for all things gardening with Wimmera residents later this year.
The Gold Logie nominee and Gardening Australia host will be a guest speaker at the Horsham Spring Garden and Sustainable Lifestyle Festival in October. Event chairman Michael Speirs said the group was thrilled to host Mr Georgiadis.
"He's very popular and appeals to a lot of people. He's also very passionate about sustainability," he said.
Grampians Central West Waste and Resource Recovery Group is sponsoring Mr Georgiadis' visit.
In the past Mr Georgiadis has visited Horsham for the 2017 Wimmera Biodiversity Seminar and 2016 Horsham Urban Landcare to host Fork to Fork.
Mr Georgiadis will speak at the event on Saturday, while Tammy Logan of Gippsland Unwrapped will speak on Sunday.
A range of Wimmera guest speakers will also share their knowledge at the two day festival.
Demonstrations, displays, produce and plant stalls, and family friendly activities will also be featured.
Mr Speirs said this year's event would include more food court options, vendors and exhibitions.
"The festival is a chance for people to get together and socialise in the beautiful Horsham Botanical Gardens," he said.
The 2019 Horsham Spring Garden and Sustainable Lifestyle Festival will be at the Horsham Botanical Gardens on October 12 and 13.
Tickets will be available at the gate.
