Located 5km north of Clifton and 40km south of Toowoomba, Red Rock has successfully grown lucerne, grains and pulses and would equally be suited for vegetables.
The property has two irrigation water sources: a 26 megalitre ground licence on an irrigation bore and a 48ML creek allocation.
The balance of Red Rock is flats planted to improved pastures and used to fatten cattle.
Improvements include a three bedroom homestead set in established gardens, four bay machinery shed with three phase power, shipping container for storage; 30' x 20' enclosed storage shed.
Working plant and irrigation gear are included in the sale.
The property is divided into four paddocks. A lane leads to a well-equipped and watered set of steel cattle yards.
