MARSCHAY: Visitors from Eloora, James and Dillon Dawson caught up with Marschay's Scott McKay, at the Dean Shorthorn stud.

GLENGYRON: The stud had Shorthorn females and bulls on display.

GLENGYRON: The Tippett family welcomed visitors to their Shorthorn stud, at Newlyn.

GLENGYRON: Milli Tippett, 5, helped show visitors around, with dad Brock and other family members.

TORR DOWN: Sue and John Harvey welcomed visitors from a large area around their Trentham South Devon stud, making several successful sales.

TORR DOWN: Sue and John Harvey had a very successful day, helping set up a small new stud, in the area.

HEATHERINGTON PARK: Phil Gay said several buyers had shown a keen interest in the stock on offer, at the open day. 

HEATHERINGTON PARK: The Poll Hereford stud, Allendale, offered sons and daughters of champion Day's Brigadier, G101.

HIGH SPA: Long time Stock & Land Beef Week supporters Brian and Wayne Mobbs were on hand to discuss their offering of performamce recorded, working age and yearling Angus bulls.

RIGA: Michele Shelling, 'Benitel', Mansfield, flanked by Tim and Vera Finger, inspect the genuine yearling bulls Riga will offer on property on April 11.

BARRAGUNDA: Manager Adrian Oliver and overseer Alex Jackson, at Barragunda Pastoral, had on display sale age bulls as well as a selection of Barragunda females.

SHRUBLANDS ESTATE: Shrublands Estate’s Andrew Gordon with a selection of his rising two year-old Angus bulls. Shrublands Estate quickly sold all British Whites they had on display.

ANVIL: Ian Bates and Steve Handbury had on display the Anvil Angus sale draft to be offered on property on March 8.

WEBB: Rod Hoghton, Yinnar, inspects Webb Black Simmental bulls with Webb’s assistant manager Ricky Ferris.

WARIALDA: Allan Snaith with some of his Warialda Belted Galloway beef he had on display for visitors such as Catherine and Lyndon Barry, Wallan.

TAMBO RIVER: Inspecting Tambo River Charolais bulls with principal Duncan Newcombe were Nev Bredden, Creightons Creek, and Vern Wilson, Vernola Charolais, Tandarra.

GLENVIEW DEL: Return client Joyce Johnston, King Lake, inspects Glenview Del bulls with Gina Ryan, who almost sold out of working age Simmental bulls during Stock & Land Beef Week.

ELITE: Drew Phillips, Elite, inspected cattle with return clients Merle and Tom Stuart, 'Fassifern', Indigo Valley.

GLEN GOULBURN: Glen Goulburn Herefords stud principals Pam and Lynn Vearing in front of some of their cows and calves.

ADAMELUKA: Adameluka Angus stud will offer 34 bulls at its sale on February 23. Pictured is stud principal Sam Troatello, Kyneton, and Sam King from Bowmont stud, Tatyoon.


CASKIEBEN: Caskieben Shorthorn stud principal Geoff Williamson with grandchildren William and Angus at the stud’s display during Stock & Land Beef Week.

GAIRNSCHIEL: Malcolm McPherson, Bundalong, is a past buyer of bulls and females at Gairnschiel, pictured with Gairnschiel Shorthorn stud principal Leigh Williamson, Carisbrook, and one of the stud’s bulls on display.

HANGING ROCK: Hanging Rock Speckle Park stud principal John Ellis with a group interested in a bull for putting over dairy cattle - Shamini Ramalingam, Usha Almond, Indra St John, Dave Ellis and Michael Almond, leading Hanging Rock Harrison NO2.

ROLY PARK: Scott Bruton, Roly Park Beef Shorthorns and Australian Shorthorns, Lake Boga, was a first time participant in Stock & Land Beef Week, and showed his cattle off near Macedon. He has both polled and horned genetics in his herd.

THE CLAN: The Clan Speckle Park/Speckleline’s Ian Milne with the stud’s sire, Haldor, a sire that has sold more than 3000 straws of semen. Calves by the sire were among those on display.

WATERFORD: Sapphire and mother Deborah Halliday had a busy day with a host of visitors to the Waterford Charolais stud at Mt Macedon. They are pictured with the stud’s entry in the RASV Heifer Challenge, in which the stud has been a finalist in previous years.

BOONDEROO: Hilary Jankelson with some of her cows with heifers calves at foot. Hilary said it was great to be back in Beef Week after missing a couple of years. 

BECKENHAM: Bruce and Sue Griffiths of Beckenham Limousins said it has been a fantastic season, with cows on display looking great.

GLENDAN PARK: Alvio and daughter Alicia Trovatello (right) with Owen McClure, Coleraine and Kevin Stark, Lake Mundie take a look through the the upcoming sale bulls. Glendan Park had a good turnout of stud operations interested in their potential stud sires. 

MAINE PARK: Rod Hoghton and Di Sharman, Yinnar look through the cows with Eva Worden and Bridgid Fry. Maine Park had a great day for day 6 of Beef Week, with many people through the gate selling two heifers. 

ANDTRAVEN: Tom and Erin Waters with Andtraven Maverick, a bull set to sell at the Wodonga National in May. 

Phil Gay, Heatherington Park, Allendale, was offering sons and unjoined daughters of of Day's Brigadier G101.
