New Zealand dairy giant Fonterra has flagged plans to look at new models of involving its Australian suppliers in the business.
Fonterra Australia Australian Milk Supply general manger Matt Watt said the company was working through various “ownership models” at the moment, with a small group of farmers.
“We will take these options out to our farmers at the end of March and early April to see what the appetite is,” Mr Watt said.
