A truck driver has died in a crash at Big Jack Creek.
The Bruce Highway was closed on Monday evening, following a fatal traffic crash north of Bowen.
Officers were called at 6pm after reports a truck travelling on the Bruce Highway had rolled near Big Jack Creek.
The driver and sole occupant of the truck, a 47-year-old Mount Cotton man, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Bruce Highway has been completely reopened however it was operating at reduced speed and motorists were urged to proceed with caution if travelling in the area.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
