Local interests have purchased The Meadows at Barham, north-west of Melbourne, for about $1 million. The Australian Financial Review reports that the 545-hectare mixed farming property was sold with 700 megalitres of water entitlements and a 50-stand rotary dairy.
Elders state manager Shane McIntyre negotiated the deal.
