A parade of their current stallions at stud – Fiderstern, Furst Love, and new import Versace – was held at 11:30am followed by a parade of the sale lots. The sale included foals at foot, weanlings, yearlings and two-year-olds, with the odd mare.
A crowd estimated at more than 400 people watched and bid for a quality line-up of horses.

The quality of horses bred by Bloomfield Farm saw buyers travel from as far as New Zealand, Tasmania and other States of Australia, and three horses headed back to NZ, including, Fursteniro, a black colt which sold for $27,500.
