Ability Links Hunter Central Coast
In Government & Community Services

Ability Links NSW is a free, state government-funded program delivered in the Hunter Central Coast region by the St Vincent de Paul Society.

The Ability Links team is made up of linkers and support staff who work together to help you achieve ‘the good life. Linkers can work with you to set goals and plan for the future, and make contact with people, supports and services in your community. Together with a Linker, you can forge pathways to education and training, sport and recreation, arts, music and support networks. A linker can work with you to make connections in your community to learn new skills, or join a class, get paid or unpaid work, join a community group and meeting new people.
Ability Links NSW is for people with disability, their families and carers aged 7-64, as well as communities, businesses and organisations who want to be more inclusive.
