Students consistently achieve stellar VCE results and are among some of the highest achievers in the state, a school spokeswoman said.
In 2017, 49 per cent of Firbank students achieved an ATAR score of 90 or above placing them in the top 10pc of the nation. One-third of the students achieved an ATAR score of 95 and above, placing Firbank students in the top 5pc, Australia-wide.
“At Firbank, we believe every child should have the opportunity to study at one of Australia’s foremost schools,” she said.
“That is why we offer a wide range of scholarships in a variety of disciplines to help outstanding students achieve their very best.”
Scholarships for 2019 and 2020 are now open. Sporting, academic and boarding scholarships are available for girls entering Year 7-11 at the senior Brighton campus.
“We ensure our boarders get the most out of their time at Firbank,” she said.
