Western Victorian Bonlac Supply Company (BSC) director Mark Billing has confirmed he has resigned from the board.
Mr Billing, who has a herd at Larpent, declined to make further comment.
“I have resigned, effective immediately,” Mr Billing said.
He runs a dairy farm at Larpent, with his wife Sam.
Mr Billing was appointed to the BSC in May 2013.
He was also chair of the Fonterra Australia Supplier Forum representing the Bonlac Supply Company.
Directors Simon Finger, Gippsland and Tanya Luckin resigned from the BSC board, 12 months ago.
