Loxton livestock market stalwarts Cameron Cooney, Don Cameron, Wal Schwarz and Barry Searle.
THE final Loxton prime market was held on Wednesday last week, and while a sad affair, more than 100 present and former agents, vendors, buyers and locals turned out to celebrate and reminisce on one of the state’s few regional livestock selling centres.
Yearlings sold to $1750, while trade lambs made to $180.
Stock Journal’s ALISHA FOGDEN was there.
The last Loxton livestock market was held on Wednesday, March 29, 2017.
