But the vision doesn’t usually include 5,000 head of towering Bos Indicus bullocks that need feeding, watering, and 24 hour continuous monitoring for their health and wellbeing.

But what an adventure! At 19, and the only girl sailing with forty men from up to four other cultures, you learn to adapt to new routine, absorb at close hand how other people think and all pull together to manage a journey that tests you daily.
