THE LambEx 2016 committee are excited to showcase New South Wales’ world-class lamb industry at this year’s event in Albury.
“LambEx is Australia’s premier lamb event, and the excellent line-up of presenters will focus on a wide-range of industry sectors and issues,” LambEX chairman Rodney Watt said.
He said all sectors of the lamb industry had come together to build on the event’s previous success.
“The committee have worked hard to put together an outstanding line-up of speakers from Sysco Chef Neil Doherty, Futurist Paul Higgins to NZ Merino’s Dave Maslen and more,” Mr Watt said.
“Several standout producers from NSW and Victoria, including the 2015 NSW Farmer of the Year Ed Fagan, will be on-hand to present and discuss practical information and solutions to delegates.
“I encourage sheep producers, consultants, researchers, anyone involved in the lamb industry, to head along to what will be the greatest LambEx yet.
“Make sure you head along to the website and buy your ticket before Friday, June 10, to take advantage of the great early-bird rates.”
Mr Watt said Albury was the ideal town to host the fourth LambEx, was delighted to partner with the Albury City Council to use their facilities at the Lauren Jackson Centre.
