MEGAN and Chris Williams followed their dream of having a niche business by starting Camel Milk Victoria at Kyabram.
They had experience milking traditional bovine cows, but it has been a steep learning curve to understand the desert giants.
Farming camels has brought some challenges for the young family, but a year on, it is going from strength to strength.
