MELBOURNE businessman Rod Menzies is selling one of Victoria's finest homes, Noorilim Estate, near Nagambie in central Victoria.

Complete with Italianate mansion and vineyard, the 6 hectare property could fetch more than $15 million, The Australian Financial Review reports.

The Noorilim residence has 14 principal rooms, plus terraces, loggias and staff accommodation, and features 5 metre ceilings and imported floor tiles.

The estate has over 8 ha of park like gardens, an ornamental lake, a stand of century old Moreton Bay figs and a 500m frontage to the Goulburn River.

It also includes the Noorilim vineyard with more than 30 hectares of vines including shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, merlot and viognierv varieties It is leased and operated by Mitchelton Wines.
