A BRILLIANT opening to autumn but limited rain since August may see Geoff and Di Notman's Mt Widdern Hereford weaners present slightly lighter than the 337 kilograms they averaged last year.
Their Injemira- and Yarram Park-blood weaners, which are EU and MSA accredited, will be 30 days weaned when offered on January 7 through Elders at Hamilton.
The March/April-drop Mt Widdern calves are AB&E-, B12- and 7-in-1-vaccinated and were implanted with a trace element bolus at marking.
