Prices strong at Bairnsdale

Michael O'Callaghan made his debut as a store cattle auctioneer at Bairnsdale, when he sold heifers on behalf of the Sharpe Fullgrabe livestock agency. Mr O'Callaghan come from a line of cattlemen and has been keen on becoming a stock and station agent since he was nine years old (he is now 22).

PRICES held firm for grown steers and heifers and continued strong for young stock at Friday's Bairnsdale store cattle sale.
