Scott Anderson, Benambra, was at Friday's store cattle sale to see his family's 15-16-month-old steers sold. Clive and Diane Anderson's Angus steers, 521kg, made $1340 or 251c/kg, while their black baldy steers, 446kg, realised $1235 or 277c/kg.

GROWN cattle continued to sell well at Bairnsdale, where 1257 cattle were yarded on Friday.
