John and Sharon Kelly, Korumburra South, sold 31 Angus steers at Leongatha. John said they had bred the steers and carried them through, thanks to the good season. The buyer had sold bullocks for over $1700 recently and purchased the first pen of 15 head for the sale’s top price of $1190.

A STRONG local focus assisted in a solid result at the Leongatha store sale yesterday.
