A yarding of 1545 head was made up for 348 heifers, cows and calves, PTIC heifers and a small number of unjoined yearling heifers.

Genrik Park, Goorambat, have been regular sellers at this sale, and their offering of 39 Angus-Friesian and Hereford-Friesian heifers, 2.5 years, with Limousin CAF 4-8 weeks, sold from $1700-$1810 to top the sale of F1 heifers, and the sale.
Most of the F1 heifers and calves sold from $1620-$1810.
Moving onto an excellent penning of F1 heifers, 2-2.5yo, strong competition saw most sell from $1000-$1500.
GD Poyntz, Wooragee, sold 40 Angus-Freisian heifers, 2.5yr, from $1190-$1500.
This sale included an excellent quality offering of Angus, Hereford and Angus-Hereford heifers, some with calves and others PTIC to calve from February to April.
MJ Garvey, Chiltern, sold 73 Angus heifers from $1480-$1560, and most sold from $1100 upward.
Brooklyn Pastoral Co, Mansfield, sold Angus-Hereford heifers to $1500, and Hereford heifers to $1250.
A small draft of eight Charolais heifers from NA&CL Magee, Wangaratta, sold for $1460.
