THE country’s biggest on-farm open day, Stock & Land Beef Week, kicked off today in southern NSW with 16 studs opening their gates to visitors.
Across the nine days, from January 27 to February 4, 224 studs representing 30 breeds will showcase some of the best herd improving genetics the country has on offer.
