Emerald leases Richmond building

GRAIN supplier Emerald Group has leased 1400 sq m at 600 Victoria Street, Richmond in Melbourne for about $400 sq m, according to The Australian Financial Review.

The three-year lease from owner Salta Properties is split over two floors at Victoria Gardens and includes a 200 sq m exclusive terrace area with CBD and Yarra views.

Agent Travis Myerscough of Colliers International said there was also secure car parking.

He added that most smaller leasing activity this year had been in the city's fringe market, particularly in the Richmond area.
